HP LaserJet P2035
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Suddenly printer stopped printing in color:

1) checked cartridges - they're good

2) checked settings - they're good

3) under "Printer Properties" --> "General" --> "Features", Color is set to "NO".  This is not a changeable setting.

Looked up troubleshooting and found to go to "Device Settings" and modify the "Installable Options".  My interface does NOT have "Installable Options".

Please advise.  Any help is much appreciated.

Hello, are you sure you have the correct model number? The HP P2035 is a black and white printer, so it does not print in color.

But, if you have a color printer and it is only printing in b/w then I would suggest changing the driver to pcl 5. I have seen similar issues with color printers while people were using the pcl 6 driver.

Hope this helps.....
