Product: HP LaserJet P2035n

I am working on a project that involves managing networked printers via SNMP. By default according to RFC 3805 there should be a General Printer MIB that is populated for every printer containing general device management information. When running the printer through the iReasoning MIB Browser at no point does it return any of the general printer information such as name (OID  1.3.6.1.2.1.43.5.1.1.16) Serial Number (OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.43.5.1.1.17). However to prove that SNMP does work on the device I ran the sysDescr (OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.0) and sysName (OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0) which both return proper values. I have ran the general printer mibs against a couple other HP LaserJets and so far this is the only model that has refused to give up the General Printer details. 

 

Is there any particular reason this Standard is not function properly, and is there a fix for it?
