The printer just started this. During printning it sometimes will just keep printing the same page over and over - can only stop it by pulling the plug! If you try to cancel - it just keeps priinting. Please advise

@craego, welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that your HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276 keeps printing the same page over and over.

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.

And here's the steps listed below:

1. Disable bidirectional support:

1. Click the Windows icon (), and then click Devices and Printers.

2. Right-click the HP printer, and then click Properties.

3. Click the Ports tab.

4. Make sure that the Enable bidirectional support checkbox is unchecked. If it is checked, click the checkbox, click Apply, and then click OK.

5. Print a test page to confirm that you have resolved the problem.

If the issue persists, then restart the print spooler.

2. Restart Print Spooler:

1. Click Start, type Services.msc in the Search box or Click WIN+Q, type “Services.msc” in the open box.

2. Double-click Printer Spooler in the list.

3, Click on Start, In the Startup Type list, make sure that “Automatic” is selected and click OK.

4. Check the printer

Let me know how that works.

I hope you have a good day ahead.
