My touch screen on my HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP doesn't want to work in the screen part. The black perimeter works, but not the colour part where the Copy, Fax,Scan... icons are, rendering them unaccessible.

I am also having this problem. The touchscreen isn't working and I can not print. I am getting the error message "device status cannot be determined"

There are around 4 Laserjet 200 models.

How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?

 

I am going by the first post, most likely you have the Laserjet M276 model.

If you do then please check your private messages for the reset for the printer.
In the forum beside your handle name just click on the envelope to view it.

 

If you have a different model, just let me know.

Please send me the info as well. My printer the touch screen is blank and the only lights that come one are the "?" is constantly lit and the green almost full circle and amber "!" in a triangle flashes. Willing to try anything at this point. Thanks
