According to the product description page, this printer is supposed to have a Linux driver available, but I cannot locate one.

Does anyone know where and when one might be available for download?

Thanks in advance.

The link below should have all the drivers available for this printer:

Well, unfortunately that link does NOT have all the drivers that I need.

If those are the only drivers available, why does this link:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&objectID=c03176578&prodT...

Indicate:

Driver only installs supported on : Microsoft Windows Server 2008 32-bit and 64-bit, Windows Server 2003 32-bit (SP3 or higher); Mac OS X v 10.5, v 10.6; Linpus Linux (9.4, 9.5), Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.0 (supported with a pre-built package); SUSE Linux (10.3, 11.0, 11, 11.1, 11.2), Fedora (9, 9.0, 10, 10.0, 11.0, 11, 12, 12.0), Ubuntu (8.04, 8.04.1, 8.04.2, 8.10, 9.04, 9.10, 10.04), Debian (5.0, 5.0.1, 5.0.2, 5.0.3) (supported by the automatic installer); HP-UX 11 and Solaris 8/9

Notice Linux is specifically listed.

A driver for any of these flavors would work for me, but I cannot locate a Linux driver.

Thanks.

I thought I had the latest hplip installed, but alas I only had 3.10.  I pulled down 3.12 and I am good to go.

Thank you for your help.

If I could recommend a pointer to this on the hp driver list it could help some folks out.  Linking to the hplip version required would have been a big help.
