HP Recommended
Product: Laser Jet Pro 400 color
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

An error occurred while connectiong your device.  This is a fatal error preventing product use.

 

 

After I learned my priter can't print by wireless, I tried to install/update the driver, I got the message above.  I tried to clean the .net and I scan my system under CMD "sfc/scannow" I did not find amy integrity violations.  

 

How can I get this issue solve?
