Thanks for the heads up. I'm kind of leaning that way now. Frustrating not to get things resolved

Hello.  I know the answers from this post are over a year old but I am having the same exact problem with my LaserJet CP1525nw color printer.  I read through all of the suggestions given including plugging the printer into the wall outlet and doing a hard restart and I am still having the same issue.  I did a print and it still jammed on the second page.  I have the problem with color and black printing and with different types of paper.  Any other suggestions.  I have not reset it to the default settings yet.  My printer is four years old so of course I am not covered under warranty even for suggestions.  Thank you.

Hi Frans, JewelLeeRea and Disco_Diva

Level of support here is frustrating and I fully understand the change of printer, it has been on my mind more than once, but I have found that the following works for me as a workaround.

1. keep the papertray full at all times, the problem only starts on my printer when the tray is less than half full.

2. when the paperjam occurs, simply cancel the printjob directly from the touchscreen on the printer and resume the printjob as a new job from the last printed page (remember to fill the tray), this is quicker than waiting for the full paperjam cycle that the printer does and when you cancel the job the paperjam is fixed and the paper simply comes out of the printer blank.

Hope this will work for some of you.

Thank you.  I will try that or I will just print one page at a time.  I do keep my tray full of paper also.

I have the same problem, I think the feed roller needs replaced. The problem is getting the old one out, I have searched the internet for hours on how to do that with no results. On the cm1410 you need to get to the secondary service page which is easy to do but it does not work on the cm1415nw and there is no service manual on 1415.

There was no phone option, only "tweet". Went through that earlier and all they said is they could not help me on Twitter.

WOW! Got hold of HP tech support on the feed roller and their reply was they had no expertise on the feed roller and could not help me. They must have only sold a half dozen of them not to have any expertise on it I sure hate to tear the printer down just to replace the feed roller, I think that is what I am looking at.
