Hi everybody,

I think my HP LaserJet Pro M477fdw needs to change the drum, because there are very light striped areas on the prints! I have done the cleaning procedure a few times, but it doesn’t help! So my idea is a new drum unit! How can I do it, or where can I buy a new drum unit?

Thank you for your help!

Hi,

The imaging drum is integrated within any of the toner cartridges of your printer, it is not a separate part.

Please print a Supplies Status Report from its Reports menu, and add a picture of it to better understand the problem.
