HP Recommended

Norm,

Thank you!  Yes, we were able to get some report with horizontal colored lines to print, but that is it.  I cannot remember what it was called or how we were able to get it to print, but it did verify that something internal was working and ruled out some other issue.  I have called HP for support and they ordered a part for a faxing issue.  We do not have a tray 3 nor do we have a tray 3 accessory.  Not sure what that is, but it did get me to questioning whether our marketing department could have sent some fancy print job to the printer and it caused a holdup.  I have viewed the documents in queue to see if there is anything, but it is empty for the whole company.  I'm really frustrated this is so new and having an issue so early.  I am quite thankful the owner of the company is out of the country and not seeing this and how long it is taking to get a part for repair.  She would have hit the roof and ordered another printer by now.

Thanks for all of your help!
