Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M52

Hello.

 

i have in my comapny the printer HP LaserJet Pro MFP M521 dn

everyting worked fine until 3 week ago.

the problem is, when some one scans documents and pages send to the mail account in separate pages

insted in one document.

 

i managed to solve the problem when i downgraded the DPI to 150 of the scan insted of 300

and now the prbolem presists again.

 

i didnt see any option of seperate the scan

the firmware of the printer is : 20150112
