I am unable to print on Win 7

RAM - 2GB

Inter Core2duo

Have a printer installed through LAN (network)

I can access other computers, Internet, HP Laserjet already installed showing as default printer (in work, excel also).

I am getting these messages.

First,

when giving print test page - TEST PAGE FAILED TO PRINT. WOULD YOU LIKE TO VIEW THE PRINT TROUBLESHOOTER FOR ASSISTANCE. OPERATION COULD NOT BE COMPLETED (error 0x0000007a)

Here I have checked Troubleshooter several times. No result.

Second,

when printing a word doc am getting this message - word can not print. there is no printer installed.

Also - This error can appear if a default printer has not been designated or if the application is unable to locate an existing default printer.

Please help.

Based on the error messages you provided, it sounds like something in the printer driver is not install properly on the OS.   Are you using an in OS Win7 driver or one from the hp.com site?   There are 3 universal (UPD) print drivers available that I would try.

Here is the link to the 32-bit versions of Win7:
