Error message - No printer cartridge
No changes were made to my desktop in months.
Printer was working fine. It has a cartriddge and gives error message.
I tried removing and reinstalling the cartridge.
Turning printer off and on,
Unplugging the power chord and plugging it back on.
Message still shows.
Please help,
