HP Recommended

We use in the company several HP Laserjet CM4540 with firmware for 2201057_231923 ScanToMail.
The devices are adapted to the max. 4 MB mail will be sent (shared data).
 
However, this does not work in this model series.
 
Thus e.g. a 11 MB large scan only delivered a message with 3 MB, which contains the final pages of the scan's.
The first two mail a 4MB disappear in nirvana.
In the event log of the MFP is the error code 44.10.01 - SMTP protocol errors, which to my knowledge expresses that he has not found a receiver.
 
That a receiver is present, can be seen in the 3rd Mail that has arrived.
 
Does anyone know what you can do here?
