If your trying to print labels it might be that you need to the tray that it is letterhead to shut down the sensor.

 

Full Photo. You can try printing portrait instead of land scape. 2) Check that the white clips on the 2nd transfer asembly are not broken. They braek often.

 

3rd there is a sensor behind the fuser top right side. Take the fuser out and look inside to see it. The flag gets broken often.

 

4th try setting paper type to light weight.
