HP Laserjet M1522n
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

February 8, 2016

I have read and rebooted, pulled the plug, etc etc.

Hard rebooted.

One previous answer stated that there was a tab to remove behind the scanner glass etc etc

Another answer stated that you could bake the motherboard in an over.

What a crock.

The advice and utube in a foreign language was worthless.

Does anyone have a very simple

step by step recomendation to bring this printer back to manufactured standards/reformat?

No I do not kncow how to go the the windows file 32 catche  and double click it etc.

Am I asking too much for what I consider to be a very simple solution that I am missing?
