Hello - No error message displayed. When the print dialog box opens it does not show the HP printer as an available printer.

When trying to add printer manually in HP print for chrome by IP address there does not seem to be a connection.

The Printer is not mentioned in that list. Are you also experiencing the issue from a certain OS?

To clarify: I do not have any problems to print via WLAN from my Laptop with Windows 10.

 

I have problems to print from my smartphone and from my tablet with Android (10 & 11). 

And it is not possible to connect the printer to the HP ePrint Web services (see above).

Do you get any error message from your tablet and phone?

No error messages. The printer is just shown offline in Android. So I'm not able to choose it for printing.

Reset the network settings on the phone/tablet and then try printing again.

I saw nothing here that could help. Only a lot of questions, no solutions.

Yes. Previously we were able to print from Chrome OS to this exact same printer. Do not believe that anything specific happened or changed. Just stopped
