I have been using a HP Laserjet Pro 200 Colour MFP M276nw for a year with no problems. Lately I'm having problems getting 'clean' printout. The first page printed is a little pink on the edges, and it progressively got worse and by the 3rd page onwards the entire background is pink and dark pink by the 5th pages onwards. This problem exists regardless of black and white or colour printing.
This also happens whether I'm printing from my computer or print direct at the printer by inserting usb files.
I've ran the Cleaning page a few times already and it did not resolve the problem.
My colour ink cartridges are all fine at 80%. The black ink cartridge is a littel low at 30%.
It is strange that I don't have this pink smudge background problem when printing "Service Page", "Menu Structure" or "Wireless Network Test Report". These system reports were selected to print from the menu at the printer. These pages all come out perfect black on white paper! Except the "Supplies Status" page that reports the black and colour cartridges did print with the pink background.
If this problem persists, I will try buying all new ink cartridges to see if it will help. But that's the last resort as I don't want to waste money. Not sure if I need to clean the drums or perform any other maintenance. I've never done any of that.
Your help is most appreciated. THANKS!!!

Hi @JPYK ,
I understand that you are having issues with pink smudges printing on the page. I will certainly do my best to help you.
I have provided a document with the steps for calibrating and cleaning the toners, printing a Print Quality page, inspecting the toner for damage, checking the paper and driver settings to see if this will resolve the issue.
Troubleshooting Print Quality Issues.
Are you using Genuine HP Toner?
What are the toner levels?
What were the results of the Print Quality Page?
If you need further assistance, just let me know.
Have a great day!
Thank You.

I am having the exact same issues. I've printed the Cleaning Page and the same issues continue. Toner cartridges appear fine, but not sure how to examine.
Any further assistance would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
