Product: HP Laserjet Pro 400 Color M451

I have bands of color and black that run horizontally across my printed pages. It's been happening for several months, but it's to the point now that it happens 4-5 times a day. The color bands that print vary. Some times its mostly black with little lines of yellow and red. Other times, it has red, pink, blue, purple, yellow, black. In doing reseach to correct my  problem I found a previous thread from 2013 under "HP Color LaserJet cp2025n Prints bars across pages" After reviewing this page I found the problem was the same as mine (There are pictures posted of the pages printed & looks just like mine).

 

I don't understand where the contact points are that need to be cleaned. Any body have a sugguestion as to where I find them?
