Hi,
Im sorry, what I meant by "printing from other devices" was attempting to print a duplex document from other laptops connected to this same printer. Sorry if this was unclear.
As for the applications I'm printing from, this varies from Microsoft Office 2013, Adobe PDF Viewer, and sometimes just web pages.
In the case of print settings, I've made sure to have duplex printing on both the printer settings in CP, and the print dialogue. Both settings and application print options are in agreement... but still prints without duplex pages.
Thank you for your patience, honestly. Seeing that you are the only one attempting to help, I REALLY appreciate it.

As long as you are choosing duplex (manual mode) it should work. I do not think this issue is with the printer but has to be related to the driver. Did you try the universal drivers especially the postscript one since I think it is more robust then the pcl drivers.

You are aware that with the purchase of the Samsung you still may have to deal with HP.

Hi,
Wow, I did not know that. But I hope with this printer, because its not manufactured by HP will last more than just a few months.
And also, truly hoping the staff they acquire will be a little more knowledgable.
Thanks again for all your help. I really appreciated you taking your time to constantly come back to this post 🙂
