M 1005 mfp
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

 My hp M1005 mfp is printing black pages when scanned and printing from PC is Ok. Plz, supporting team can replay with the correct problem..the cartridge is Ok.

Warranty then contact HP tech support you have a hardware problem.

If it's out of warranty and you paid it with a credit card that doubles the manufacturer's warranty you can contact the credit card company.

If you're out of luck on both the first two points then let me know if the scan head is actually moving when you try to make a copy.

Sometimes the scan head is sticking and is sitting in a spot where it scans the black part of a calibration strip on the bottom side of the glass and that's why you get a black copy out.
