LaserJet Pro 400
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The issue I'm currently experiencing is that our HP LaserJet M451DW Network Printer(which is set up with a static IP address) constantly displays 'Printing Document' with the green light flashing.  This has been going for ~2 days now, and does not seem to want to disappear.  I've tried the cancel button, which will briefly display 'Cancelling...'  before immediately switching back to 'Printing Document.'  I have also tried restarting the device via the power button, as well as turning the device off, then unplugging the device for ~15 minutes.  Both of these tests resulted in the printer turning back on, going very briefly into a 'Ready' state, briefly showing the ink levels, then immediately resuming its' constant state of 'Printing Document.'

I have also tried going through all of the settings via the web portal for the printer, which shows a status of 'Printing Document' but I do not see any options in the settings that seem relevant to my situation.  I am also not seeing anything in the Event Log, and I was at one point able to get the Network Summary page to print, which did not show any issues.  I have also downloaded the HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.0 which will get to the 'Device Status' section and tell me the device is busy printing.  Occassionally I can be quick enough to get this to read when the device first starts up before it can begin its' endless loop, and when I do, the HP Print and Scan Doctor will tell me about a Port Match issue that is resolved and ask me to print a test page.  I have gotten the test page to print 1 of 3 times, the other times the Printer immediately goes into the 'Printing Document' stage and will continue this.

I'm hoping that someone can provide some additional insight into this issue for me, as I've exhausted all options I can think of.  If any additional information is needed, please let me know and I will do my best to provide it.

Additional information;

I believe this is an issue with the Print Queue.  This printer is setup via wireless with no other connections to it.  Unfortunately, we have ~75 PCs which could potentionally be printing to this device.  Is there a way to view a network print queue?  My suspicion for believing this is that if I turn wireless off, then restart the device, it will stay in a 'Ready' state, and allows me to print reports and diagnostic pages.  Then as soon as I turn wireless back on, the 'Printing Document' cycle starts.

Still looking for any additional ideas on this.
