HP M475dw
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Dear HP Community,

My M475dw al-in-one worked wonderful for a couple of months. All of a sudden it showed on the display a scanner error 6 and requested me to put it off and on. After that I wasn't able anymore to initialize the all-in-one properly.

It seems the scan bar does not find it's home position, because during inatialization it is moving from left to right, but going alway a little more to left than to right. Like this it is moving until the end of the unit an starts to bump against the "wall", giving me a kracking noise, because the transport belt is jumping over.

I opened the glass cover to clean the glass from inside, because I thought the bar might not see the markings. No difference. I did put it on factory defaults and update firmware to 20150126

Kindly Help. . . .

Thanks
