HP Recommended

Replacement formatter board first received a TPM Error and moved the old TPM module to the replacement board.  After successful reboot the printer rebooted itself and displayed error code 49.38.07.  Per manual this is a firmware communications error.  I performed the steps recommended.

 

Clear the NVRAM and reset to factory defaults loaded latest firmware with no change in the symptoms.  Are there any other solutions I might try?
