Product: HP M552dn
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra
After powering the printer off and on again, the printer would get stuck at 25% doing a disk check before finally showing an error.
Using the pre-boot menu I was able to try partial clean with no success.
Finally I opted to erase the disk with the intention to re-install the firmware. However after trying at least 3 different USB sticks, they all give the same error. "Firmware Download Device Error". In the Pre-Boot menu I am using the download option to install the firmware from a USB stick.
When booting the printer normally, it will hang on 25% for a few minutes before finally displaying 98.00.0C Error.
Any help would be much appreciated.
