I'd like a private message from you too please, to correct this issue.

 

I went out and bought a cord, pretty much given up on the ePrint because of Mimecast blocking my email addresses, unless you have the solution!

Kumar needs the email address of your printer.  Private message him that.  Then it gets removed from the mimecast system somehow and all is fine.

Thank you. My documents printed the other night in the middle of the night. And I've been able to send documents to the printer via email since then. So by you submitting the unblock request, I can now email to print. 

 

I would like to click accept as solution but I cannot find that anywhere to click on it.
