I have exactly the same problem with my printer. Worked fine until about 3 weeks ago. Now I just get the HP Mimecrast printed page saying my messages are on hold. Hope someone can fix this soon for me.

This continues to be a PITA.  When I originally posted in February I was able to "fix" it by going into the settings and changing my printer email address. Yay, worked.  Until this week. 

 

All of a sudden NOW anything I try to print comes back saying it was cancelled by the user! Uh, no it wasn't.  

 

Seriously, WHAT is the issue here??

Same problem here.  Worked perfectly for about a year and just starting blocking all emails even the account email and is listed open to everyone.  Please contact me too!  Need this feature to work!

What is Mimecast?  I am using an officejet pro 8715.  After using it for several years with no problems I get a message that several print jobs are on hold and I am suppose to release or block them.  How do I do that?

After years of use I now have the same problems as many others.  Don't even know what Mimecast is.  Did not sign up for it.  Was never notified on how to use it.
