Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

The scanner by mistake: -9923
It has worked so far (multiple scan documents) after which the mac does not recognize him anymore, not dependent on apple update i made mac upgrade in February 3 (version 10.12.3)
I read your faq, I uninstalled hp software and installed HPeprint but not solve, there is no other available software/driver, what do I do? I can not even make a downgrade.
The prints for paper work correctly

I solved all problem with this software:
