I understand that your HP Officejet 100 mobile printer is not working on Windows 10, Don't worry as I have a few steps to help you get through this concern,

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

When did this start to happen?

Did it happen after an update?

Check for the Bluetooth light if it's On/off or blinking?

Let's try to perform a hard reset on the printer.

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Remove USB cable, if present.

Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.

Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord and then plug back the power cord to the printer.

Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.

Step one: Turn on your computer's Bluetooth

Before you set your HP product up for Bluetooth wireless printing, you must first make sure that your computer is Bluetooth compatible, and that Bluetooth is enabled on your computer.

Bluetooth compatibility and settings vary by computer manufacturer. Consult the manufacturer of your computer for specific details, but here are some general guidelines that might help you determine if your computer is ready.

  • Look for a Bluetooth icon () in the lower right corner of the computer (the notification area).

  • Most notebook computers have a switch or button on the exterior that sends power to the Bluetooth and wireless network devices. A wireless indicator light () usually glows to indicate that the Bluetooth device is on.

  • If you are using a Bluetooth accessory to make a non-Bluetooth compatible computer Bluetooth compatible, make sure that the accessory itself is installed and ready.

Step two: Turn on your printer's Bluetooth

  1. Press the Power button to turn on the printer, if it is not already on.

  2. On the printer control panel, press the Bluetooth button ().

Step three: Install the HP software

  1. Turn on the printer.

  2. If your printer is connected to the computer with a USB cable, disconnect the cable from the printer.

  3. Go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads or click on this link: http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL36711/mp-109108-4/OJ_SF_100ML411_Full_Win_WW_140_022.exe

  4. If prompted, select a method to identify your printer model, and then follow the on-screen instructions to go to the download page.

  5. Click Download next to the full feature driver (recommended),
