I have spent 3 HOURS this go around trying multiple resolutions to this problem. Earlier I disregarded as low ink, so I went to store and purchased all new HP cartridges. And came home, my office is at home, to keep working on this. Please help!
Printer is not giving me any error messages, Cleaned heads, aligned, restarted, unplugged, printed in only black and white, back to color. All multiple times. No resolution. I need to resolve this asap for work!

The black inkjet is clogged.

Since the printhead is fixed you can try cleaning it using the suggestions on youtube.

This is so frustrating! Did everything but take printer completely apart... which one of the videos noted even by replacing print head, still does NOT resolve the problem. I spent $77 on new ink, where I apparently should've spent towards a new printer 😕
And now have used a lot of color ink cleaning heads and aligning and testing multiple times. Any other suggestions?

Sorry that's it.

If you get a new printer & most of your printing is in black & white consider getting a laser.
