HP Recommended
Product: OfficeJet 9012
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Any time I try to send a fax with my OfficeJet 9012 I says the phone line is busy, but the line isn't busy. I have to power the printer off and then back on again to send a fax. I have to repeat this process every time I want to send a fax.

I have error correction off.

Fax speed is set to slow.

Phone line is through the cable company (Voip?)
