HP 6830

Just received a refurbished replacement printer from the company and after setting it up it worked fine for a few days, but then it started shrinking my printing pages to 1/4 page. On another program, it took 1/4 of my image and blew it up to the full page. Any idea why this might be or what I can do to fix it?

Thanks for your help!

Hello @EmilyArrow,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

I have read your post and understand that you need assistance in fixing the print quality issue's with the HP OfficeJet Pro 6830, correct ? .I will definitely help you.

It may be that your Printing Preferences are not set properly for the Paper Size.

You may need to check (Print Preview) > Page Setup > make sure "Shrink to fit" is checked (wording varies depending on the application you are using).

Hope this answers your query. Let me know for more.
