HP OfficeJet Pro 8500A
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP OfficeJet Pro 8500A works fine when I  print from my computer, but whenever I try to make a copy, the copy prints in red. This happens whether I use the scan bed or the automatic feeder.

Hi ,

Could you please check if you are able to make a copy and if it is the same issue.

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in the document.

Hi. You want me to make a copy to see if the issue is the same? I don't understand your request. The issue is with copying. It works fine when I print from my computer, but copying does not work. I put in a page with black text and the text on the copy is always in red. This happens whether I use the automatic page feeder or the scanner bed.
