HP OfficeJet Pro 8610
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I recently just went through uninstalling rebooting and reionstalling drivers for my HP OfficeJet 8610 printer.

I can get the test ultilities to interface to the prionter just fine, but when I try to print from MS Work 2007, nothing prints, and yes I do have the right printer set as dedfault to print to.  I am at a lost at this point what to do.  The printer is pluigged into USB and is set up to interface that way.

@Mathmatics,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that your HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer does not print in word files.

This issue could occur if the print settings are not correct.

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: How to troubleshoot printing problems in Word

Let us know if you were able to print Word documents before.

Also, let us know if you receive any error messages.

Let me know how that works.

I hope you have a good day ahead.
