I understand that you are getting a B305ED09 error on the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to reset the printer.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

I'm having the same problem. Error code on blue screen - B305ED09. Using iMac. Could I please have the instructions for reset/clearing the issue

Sandy - I'm having the exact same problem (and it's been getting worse).  I've unplugged the printer cables- power and cable to the tower -  waited a few minutes, plugged them back in, and within 10-15 minutes the problem returns. I've run the diagnostics program and have the most current firmware but the issue returns.  The printer is HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 running on Windows 10).

 

Please help.
