HP Officejet 4500 wireless how to disable power saver mode

mbscjohnp: Do you have a complete mailing address and point of contact that we can use to send a letter like you sent to attempt to get my printer replaced? This printer is junk, it has paper jams almost constantly in addition to the power saver mode freezing problems. The duplicate posting was an error, do you know how I can delete it? Thanks.

ATINYTREASURE:  I realize your frustration.  If you notice my posts are carefully prepared, as HP is particular regarding posting rules.   I am not certain the amount of info I can provide in this forum, so the Palo Alto, CA headquarters address can be obtained through an online search, as can the name of the CEO.  Be innovative.  The TX address is of no value.   I am available in private message.

Can seem to wake up my 4500 does anyone have an email address that would get me to the right place in the HP network? it is not under warranty anymore. I have tryed all of the sullutions posted on this and other Forums.

IHHP4500:   How about reading the entire thread before posting, as there are no fixes, but perhaps only temporary ones that "maybe" work one time each time it is tried. 

Please read message 17 and 10, above in this thread, for a "real" fix for your problem that has plagued numerous other folks that have taken the advice in the above messages 17 and 10 of this thread and others threads where I have posted this same solution and, from their email replies to me, have resolved this issue.  Careful reading of my several replies to similar questions as yours will provide you with information as to where to write.  Thanks.
