HP Officejet Pro 8715
Microsoft Windows XP (64-bit)

I purchased a HP Officejet  Pro 8715 and selected set up IT Manager and now the wireless is disabled.  I attempted to "Resore factory setting", restart power and still getting the same message of "wireless diable call administrative.

Can someone please help me the printer is only 1 day old.

Hi @SportyShorty,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you want to change the setup of your HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer from IT Managed to Self Managed.

You need to reset the printer to its factory settings and then perform the setup again by selecting Self Managed.

I will be sending the steps in a private message.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

Next, to your Profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
