This is a great machine: it is a multipurpose copier/scan with email capacity.

On page 64 of the user manual it explains how to ADD an email to the EMAIL ADDRESS BOOK, but I cannot find anyhere where it tells you how to DELETE an email address from the EMAIL ADDRESS BOOK.

It does not seem to kick older addresses off, and I have hit my limit, so WHERE ARE THOSE INSTRUCTIONS?

HOW DO YOU DELETE AN EMAIL ADDRESS FROM THE EMAIL ADDRESS BOOK OF THE HP Officejet Pro 276dw?

Cheers,

Hi,

Please logon to your printer and under Scan section you should see an option to add, edit and delete email in address book.

(a) Firstly you need to get IP address from your printer (press wireless symbol),

(b) Open brower and type IP address (URL area), hit enter, to open EWS (Embed Web Service),

(c) Click Scan section

Regards.
