I can't believe it, but updating the software/firmware as suggested here actually solved the printer jam issue I was having. The ADF kept pulling in the paper skewed, and folding down the top right corner of each page. After the update, it works perfectly. Baffling how an update fixes a mechanical sounding problem, but it worked for me. Thanks!
