You can obtain a Printer Status Report on most HPs detailing the print usage information but can you display this information on the printer touch screen?

 

I do not want to print off a report and my printer is not connected to a PC its stand alone, it would be quicker to simply view this information on the screen

I understand you need to know how many pages has you printer printed on the control panel screen.

Don't worry I'll try to help.


There is no HP consumer printer which displays the total pages printed on the printer control panel.

The only way to know the total pages printed by your printer is to check in printer status report.
