Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600

The problem is really easy to fix.

 

Just spray some connector cleaner in the power connector (the one that connect the white ribbon cable), brush it to clean all the humidity and condensation build arround the PCB contacts and it's done! 🙂

Sorry, don't expect too much work to fix this, it's really too easy. Just take the 3 rubber caps off, unscrew that 3 torx 10 and disconnect both ribbons.
