Hi,

I had the same problem.  What worked for me was to go into the router web page, find the printer and make some changes to the configuration, which bascically involved adding access to the internet as one of the features for that device.  It worked immediately I made that change.

This did not work for me. I will try the first way.

I just had the same issue and called Cloud Services.

The date and time were way off on my printer. They had me set them correctly, power cycle the printer, and all is well.

Tried all the other fixes, but should have tried this one first as it's the easiest...and it was the only one that worked for me!

Found an even easier solution - I removed the HP 'e-setting' and went back to the home setting.  Checked IP and connectivity...all was good.  Printer now can be seen from all PC's/Mac's.

Yep - same here - thanks for the tip.

Changed the time correctly and then it registered ok. Had to press retry a few times to get it to kick in, but no power cycle needed even.

Think maybe my young son had fiddled with the time & date...
