HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have HP Officejet PRo 8710 Printer for a while now and was using my SEtup catridges (which came with the printer) and Instant ink Cartridges (When I enrolled in Instant ink) without any issue but 3 weeks back when my Yellow instant cartridge got over and I replaced it with brand new Instant ink Yellow catridge, I am getting error saying problem with Supply system, replace the cartridge with non empty. I have tried atleast 4-5 new HP instant ink cartridges but still the same issue. Tried to contact HP support but they are just sending me new cartridges but still the same problem. Now I am also getting same issue with Magenta too. I tried downgrading firmware too     and blocked automatic update just to see if it solves the issue but no luck. Can someone help me?

@md_dasadiya, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. I see that you have tried all the possible steps and used alternate ink cartridges which did not help.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - An 'Ink System Failure' or 'System Supply Problem' Error Displays

If the issue persists, I'm afraid the issue is with the printhead.
