Hi all,

I installed p1102 on an XP machine and its working well but...

I use an application that can print only if the paper size is set to A4 and i cannot change it in the printer properties/preferences.
In most HP printers the default paper size configuration is at "Printer properties>Device Settings TAB" but not here.

What ever i tried the paper size wont change from Letter to A4 and i cannot print from my application.

Can someone help?
Can someone refer me to another driver that might work with p1102? (maybe other HP's similar models drivers)

*I tried with HP UPD but it didn't worked, and with that i couldn't print even a test page

Thanks!

I am havving the same problem - printer stuck at paper size A4. I lose content at times when printing, eg. Google Map driving instructions. I have System 7 (Service Pack 1) on my PC.

[A friend has my System 8 laptop right now; I'll check it out next time I see my PC, and friend.]

Am I correct in thinking that this posting has been unanswerred from 08-21-2013? (3 years! Seriously?)

If so, I'll think twice about making my next printer purchase an HP.
