HP PSC 1210 AIO

Hello,

I have been trying to use the scanner on my old HP PSC 1210 AIO but I can't seem to find the drivers for this.

When I plug in the printer I can install the printer drivers, although I always have an error "Drivers not found" but I can print.

For the scanner I have tried Windows Fax & Scan and HP Smart and HP Scan and Capture but none of these recognise the scanner in my HP PSC 1210 AIO.

How can I fix this?

Thanks in advance!

@HelioAb, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to scan due to the unavailability of the printer driver. HP Solution Center will not work anymore as Adobe has stopped supporting Flash player.

Also, due to the age of the printer, there is no new driver available.

For more info on this issue, refer to this document.

If you need scanning functionality, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.

Hi @HelioAb

Try the driver download from the next link:

PSC software

Note: even when this is for a different model, it could make the PSC driver "available" for Windows to complete installation.
