HP PSC 1510 All-in-one Error messages won't quit blinking

HP Recommended

Hi,

The Check Paper  error light on my HP 1510 all-in-one printer won't quit blinking despite having gone through the whole list of support suggestions.  There was no paper jam when it started blinking in the middle of printing.  It will not print.  The check paper light alternates with the check print cartrige light at times, sometimes they come on together, but the check paper light is the one most consistantly blinking.  The rollers have been cleaned, the cartridges removed, the power has been on and off according to specific directions in the support info.  Is there another means to reset this glitch?

Thanks,

Roberta

Thanks for your response - however I contacted you only after doing every single one of those steps - then arrived at the 'Service' option.  Am still hoping there is some other way to reset the printer - or something else to try before taking it in for servicing.  It's just a blinking light - with a mind of its own apparently.
