Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer worked good yesterday but ink levels were low.  Purchased need cartridges and replaced them today. Problem is the black will not print - colors look good but NO black at all.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that you are unable to print in black from your HP Photosmart 6520 e-All-in-One Printer.

 

This issue could occur if the nozzles of the printhead that print in black are damaged or not working.

 

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.
