Product: HP Photosmart 7520 all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've already gone to HP online and made sure the connection is updated so I don't know what to do next.  This is for regular printing; not photo printing.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve paper not properly feeding and reporting a false "out of paper" message on your Photosmart 7520 printer.  Go through the steps in order, cleaning the rollers as shown in step three may resolve the issue.
