1ST error message - ink failure, replaced all cartridges..
after trying again to use printer
2nd error message - turn off printer & turn on printer
after trying agin to use printer
checked HP solution center
error message - printer not connected..
Printre does NOT WORK AT ALL

Thanks a million for your suggestion. My Printer is now working. I did exactly what you said to do and the printer began working immediately. You are a credit to this forum. Thanks for sharing your expertise.
