Product: HP Photosmart Plus B210 Series

Hi,

 

I recnlty purshased a new black ink cartiage for my printer and installed into into my printer. However, my  documnets are not printing instead i get blank pages. My color catriages are low but I'm not printng in color, so i believe that shouldn't inhibit me for from printing black and white. I tried to clean my ink heads, restarted my printer, and printed a printer quailty page. The results of that is dull colored ink and dull black color results. I don't thik anythng is wrong with my printer since its fairly new.  Can anyone please help me fix this!

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve black not printing properly on your Photosmart b210 printer.  Be sure to go through all the steps in order.
