HP Photosmart Premium C410b with Windows 11
Hello everyone, I have the following problem: The printer software for the HP Photosmart Premium C410b
cannot be installed on my computer with Windows 11.
I'm trying to install it from the CD, but it doesn't work (see error message below).
The software is not available on the HP support site.
Does anyone know the problem?
Thanks.

Edits / Updates - Add information for unsupported software.
Thanks @ferRX
I don't keep track of which packages you keep in archive.

The content of this message has been updated with "FYI" information.
Old driver is Gone
We see occasional questions about older printers for which the software installation packages cannot be found for current and past versions of Windows.
The software for this printer is no longer listed as available from HP.
When available for a particular Windows OS version, install the Windows print drivers.

Note: Windows Print Drivers – when available – provide basic print function.
What happened?
HP has removed the printer old printer software for this and other similarly aged printers.
HP removes software due to support or security reasons.
NOTES
The Doctor program does not generally understand that missing software is not available.
Instead of just exiting and saying, "Nope, not there", the doctor software might hang or spin.

What next?
Unless you saved a copy of the download for the software, you will have to look for it elsewhere.
For example,
- Someone might have a private archive of the software installation package they will share.
- You might find it on the 'net in one of the websites that specialize in archiving software for old printers.
Use caution when downloading any content from the Internet. Not sure? Don't touch it.
If you can find no other options, this company specializes in Scan software for unsupported printers.

Hi @Peter_deer
Apologies for jumping in this thread.
.....,,,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,
Yes, it seems that printer model is not supported for install in Windows 11.
However you may try to install with the Windows update driver list.
